I woke up in my prison of amber
Devoid of time nor imminent danger
Suddenly, I decided to escape
Finding myself in a curious shape
Drawn by a distant gleam
Once alive in a feverish dream
The air so pure
I could not endure
Then I fell among piercing lights
Covering my body with alluring sights
Landed on a field of many waves
Same as many forgotten graves
In the distance, a station appeared,
Those unfamiliar shapes I greatly feared
I was welcomed by a curious profile
Whose attire was impeccably in style
The train stopped near a church
And those intricate details quickly started to lurch
I was floating among that intricacy
Forgetting about my delicacy
Then I met a forgotten face
Whose giant body left no trace
It took me in its hand
Tall as a mountain of this strange land
Those blinking eyes became an ocean
And a bright vessel swiftly came into motion
An island, in the distance
It kept growing with vile persistence
Then a shadow came into view
It offered splendors for only a few
It pointed toward the dark
Of blocky forms and a single spark
Then what I saw, only an illusion
My prison, now longing for my eternal seclusion
